Targeting an Umpqua Bank branch in Eugene, OR, the man walks up to the exterior drive-through teller window and demands cash. In each instance, he repeatedly threatened that he had a bomb.

Using physical force, the "Pepper Spray Robber" is believed to be responsible for six robberies in rural Oregon and SW Washington cities.
